How long does a project take?

It depends on the project scope, generally, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks to complete if there are no delays from your side.

Can I update my website once it is live?

Yes, every website that we build is built using the Divi Theme Builder. When it goes live we will give you a training session so that you are comfortable with making basic changes. If a change is more complex or requires new design input you may want to ask us to do it for you and this would fall under our standard hourly rate.

Do you provide an SSL Certificate?
Yes, as both browser development companies and Google view this as an important standard for websites to have an SSL certificate, especially when using forms or accepting online payment. Simply put, data being sent over the internet is encrypted and less likely to be intercepted by third parties. SSL certificates help make the internet more secure and aid in helping your website rank better. If you have an e-commerce website then we believe it is essential that your website has an SSL certificate.
What if I already have a host provider, domain name, or email service?
That is no problem at all. There are various options to explore, so please contact us to discuss the best configuration for your business. Note that our service is only offered as a hosted solution so your website will ultimately need to be hosted by us.
Do you use layouts?

Yes, we believe in working smart and take advantage of using professionally designed premium layouts as a base design to save time and offer you better value for money.
However bespoke website design is an option, speak to us about your business needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers or PayPal. When you sign up you will need to pay 50% upfront with the balance due before your site goes live. Our hosting charge starts from when you sign up.

Which CMS do you use?

We use WordPress (now powering 39.5% of websites in the world!) at the core of our Content Management System in conjunction with the Premium Divi Theme and Page Builder. This allows us to work efficiently and deliver high calibre results to all our clients. Please note that we only work with this system, and our services are offered as a hosted solution.

Do you offer maintenance and support?

Yes, we understand maintaining a website can be daunting but do not worry we have you covered with our additional monthly support plan which covers all the essentials (updates, backups, security, optimisation, reports and more).
